1. Hi there, we are BootWeb Solutions (GSTIN - 27CMUPP4596A1ZG), welcome to our terms of use.
2. When we say ‘BootWeb’, ‘we’, or ‘us’ it’s because that’s who we are and we own and run the Site. If we say ‘user terms’ we’re talking about the rules for using the Site.

How browsing and membership works

1. By signing up for an account you become a member of BootWeb.
2. You need to be 16 years or over to browse our Site. We don’t knowingly collect any information from anyone aged 16 or under.
3. When browsing the Site you agree to follow our guidelines or instructions and keep in mind that these terms apply to any use of our Site whether or not you’re a member.

How pricing is made

1. Our primary currency of transactions is INR. For our simplicity, amount in USD is calculated as (Amount in INR) / 67, irrespective of USD rates.
2. Pricing comprises of three main factors Item Price, Handling Fee and Taxes.
3. The pricing that we list on our items are inclusive of item price, handling fee and taxes.
4. We reserve complete rights to how Templates/Items are priced. The pricing may change without any prior notice.
5. However, if you have already purchased a template and the price changes after your purchase, you won’t be affected by this price change.

Do we Tax explicitly

1. We do not charge our members for tax explicitly as it is included in the overall item price.

What you're buying

1. License: When you buy an item, you acquire the right to use that item; you're not actually acquiring the item itself. Our Free Templates are released under GNU General Public License Version 3 and our Premium Templates are released under the Regular License.
2. Item support: All members including the ones who have downloaded the free item are entitled BootWeb Support. Support includes availability of us to answer development (template customization) related queries from our members, get assistance with reported bugs and issues and help with included 3rd party assets. Please note that we do not offer Customizations and Installations.

Regular License

1. The Regular License grants you, the purchaser, a worldwide license to make use of the digital item you have selected.
2. You are licensed to use the Item to create any number of End Product for yourself or for your client.
3. You can create End Product for a client, and you can transfer that End Product to your client for any fee. This license is then transferred to your client.
4. You can modify or manipulate the Item. You can combine the Item with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.
5. You can’t Sell the End Product, except to your client.
6. You can’t re-distribute the Item as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. You can’t do this with an Item either on its own or bundled with other items, and even if you modify the Item. You can’t re-distribute or make available the Item as-is or with superficial modifications. These things are not allowed even if the re-distribution is for Free.
7. The author of the Item retains ownership of the Item but grants you the license on these terms. This license is between the author of the Item and you.

What user agrees to

1. When you purchase a template, it gives you the right to utilize our template on as many websites as you wish, including web sites made on behalf of clients which you do not own. All purchases provide you with lifetime support available through the Email.

Who owns the template

1. All product design and development are the exclusive and intellectual property of Mehul Prajapati. (Proprietor of BootWeb Solutions)

What is our Refund Policy

1. Members are requested to contact us if they have any doubts regarding our templates before purchasing them.
2. We also have dedicated FAQs answered section to better help our members with templates.
3. Sorry but we do not have a Refund Policy.

Does the template come with warranty

1. Our templates are provided without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any claims for damages including, but not limited to, direct or indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or any other losses which could or might arise out of the use of any of our products/templates.

When we need to update this policy

1. We will need to change this policy from time to time in order to make sure it stays up to date with the latest legal requirements and any changes to our privacy management practices.
2. When we do change the policy, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. A copy of the latest version of this policy will always be available on this page.
